Had a great first ride on the new sportsman. Picked up a 2010 sportsman 550 Touring for the wife and I really cheap and was impressed. I know it is my first quad but had a great time out at the apex north of nellis afb. For any one looking to buy this bike it is awesome. Went up hills over rocks through sand, the only thing we didn't get to hit was water and mud. Really comfortable ride for the driver and need to adjust the rear shocks for the passanger. The power steering was a great addition since my wife is tiny (100lbs.) Never felt under powered at all. The only reason i could see wanting the 850 is for actually using it as a work horse. My buddy went through an entire tank of gas on a 02 250 trailblazer and i used 1 bar on the fuel gauge. Can't wait to get the winch in from polaris and see what it can really go through.
