warrior 350 jetting
What size jets are needed for a 03 warrior 350 with a big gun slip on and K&N air filter, when i got her it had a 132 in it. I have already rebuilt the carb and dropped in a 145, runs better but still running lean. From what i have read 150 will be plenty but what size pilot jet is needed. Thanks in advance.

If memory serves we had actually gone up to a 150 from a 147.5 main jet before being satisfied with the results (and depending upon elevation, we have heard of some tuners actually going up to 155 without issue). Yes as you have noticed, the result of the modifications was a lean condition.
