Yesterday, I took off the stator cover of my shee. I usually find some water (which I have been told is "normal"), but this time there was a handful of wet sand!!! Could it go in the engine? That kind of scares me. Imagine the sand goes to the crankcase...ouch!
Just wondering how I could get rid of this invasion, and if an aftermarket aluminium cover changes things (being 300$, I want absolutely nothing to get in if I put something like that). Could the water/sand affect the power of my stator? (it's already rusty).
