welcome to the forum. replace it w/ a 800 header pipe which has a bigger output for better air flow and i think they were replacing the air box lids for intake air as well which in turn gave a little better performance. you might try ebay or a dealer can order. imo

Check for broken motor mounts while your looking at it.

You could get some muffler tape from autozone, that is if it doesn't need to be wrapped around the springs.

Default Exhaust Donut

There is a an exhust seal in between the manifold and the main exhaust pipe, they need to be replaced every once in a while. The springs are a bugger to get on and off, a pair of vice grips or a hook tools works well for getting them off. Once the seal is replaced and its time to put the springs back on try this .... find a solid place to hook one end of the spring and pull with a pair of vice grips to stretch it out. Place pennies in between the loops until the spring is stretched to the length needed to get both ends on the mounts. Once you have the spring on the mounts just pull the pennies out with pliers. Kinda Red Green but if you dont have the right tools it works !
