Message EPICHAD. They might have a clutch kit that may give you a small(couple mph maybe) increase. Since you don't have a chain/gears to work with your only other options could be a big bore kit and higher revving cdi box. Lot of $ with minimal gains IMO so you're best bet would be jumping up to either a 550xp, 800sp, or 850xp.

What he said.
I added a HSP exhaust and fuel controller on my 07 500 which gave me a few more pony's. I mainly noticed more bottom end torque through the mid-range acceleration and better throttle response but didn't see much for top speed. Maybe a couple mph. But your still looking at $450 or more for just that little bit. For big gains there is the consequence of big $$$ Maybe a clutch kit or go bigger cc. is your best bet. What are you looking for? top speed,? acceleration, low end torque?

the old saying applies, "theres no replacement, for dispalcement". you want to go faster, then go bigger is really the only way to gain an effective amount vs a couple of mph or HP. a clutch kit may give you a couple on mph while maybe loosing some bottom end take off power. kinda of like you have to give a little on one end to get a little onth other. imo
