Default counter balance oil

I am new here as I just bought a scrammy 400 2 smoke. Going right thru the bike new piston/cylinder bore. New u joints changing fluids etc. I have been reading on here about counter balance oil. Where do I find this on the motor? Also found a melted vent hose on the top of the frame. Possibly tranny vent. Where to i find the vent fitting on the tranny?

Can use 30 wt or even 10-30 wt regular motor oil.(75cc total) c/balancer dipstick under carb for later models(early models have a 14 mm fill plug at front of engine) They have a tranny vent hose and a counter balancer cover vent hose. Just replace or cut and tie up if long enough. Exhaust will get em all the time if not secured. Tranny vent fitting next to dipstick, c/b vent further up front at top hidden sometimes by the linkage.
