I know this has been posted before on here but I didnt pay much attention to it because it never happened to me till this past Saturday. My family and I were riding through the woods and I had to feather the clutch quite a bit because this was my sons first trip in the woods with his lt-80. So he is being very cautious and slow. Then the trail we were on turned out to be too nasty for him so I went to put my Raptor in reverse and it wouldnt go in so I tried to put it in 1st a little then try it again and noticed my Raptor moving forward without me on the gas. Anyway what do I need to do to help prevent this? I had a 300ex for 3 yrs and it never had any clutch fade. Thanks in advance!

the only way to get away from it is putting in after market clutch discs that dont expand so bad when hot. Thats the only way to cure it. other wise gearing it down so you dont have to ride the clutch.

Only use good motorcycle oil, car oil has friction inhibitors that destroy wet clutches.
