Default 02 Sportsman 500 W/EBS Driven Clutch

I got a 02 sportsman 500 with ebs and the old owner took apart the driven clutch to replace the 2 metal bushings in it.

Well I got the atv from him and the driven clutch is in a box all apart.

I know its ebs so there is no pre-load you have to do right?

Also is there any factory aliment marks on the clutch? I have it all back together and it seems you can move the 2 half's so do I even need to alien it?

Thanks for the help..

As far as I can remember the Helix just compresses down and held by the snap ring. First year model on this,as the breakdown shows the old non ebs driven clutch also.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
