Default High pitch wine

I had a slipping in the rear end of my wife sportsman 400 so I tore it down and found , two bad chains and the chain tensioner was wore out. I replaced all the parts with new and it fixed the slipping but now I have a high pitch wine at mid throttle not when I give it gas or let off just when at a smooth speed, when there is no torch on the rear end. Help please any suggestion

From what I've experienced on whining transmissions,I've found at least on the ones I have torn into its usually the output bearings(ones that take the most load) that go bad and whine, plus it could be gear whine or even the small needle bearings that are in a couple of gears that can wear out?? May or may not be your problem. Using correct trans fluid, level good? Did gears on shafts that chains were on very shiny, sharp,or worn looking? Could be whining from not mating properly???
