hybrid 636 polaris trailblazer need serious help!

i have a polaris 250 2 stroke but when i got it the top of the frame was already cut for a honda cbr 600 motor but i know have a kawasaki 636 motor in it. i just set it in there it will be my first project like this. if any one has done this or similar before i need your help i need to know is it best to take the kawasaki frame and mount the whole thing to the polaris or creat a custom cage around it. i already flipped the rear axle if u need pics let me know can upload some tomorrow
