Default 500 efi price

i have a pretty much brand new 08 sportsman efi deluxe. i am in no way trying to use this thread to sell but to find a value for it. It has 7 hours on it and has barley been ridden and has been sitting in a warehouse. I just got it fully serviced and it is fully running like new. How much should i be looking to get for it? I have no idea on a price since my father bought it for me and he has recently passed and that is why im looking to sell. I want to sell it for as much as i can, but the price should be good enough that it should be sold relatively quickly! all opinions are appreciated.

Retail is about $5000, trade in value is about $3450. I'd try to get $4000-$4200.

welcome to our forum. you can try to sell it on here as long as it is a polaris(which it is) so not an issue there. nada book price is a starting point, but you could look on craigs list in your area or other selling papers or what not and get an idea on what they go for in your area buy looking one like it up that some one esle has posted to use as a refence. good luck.

Ditto on using craigslist as a guide. Check all locations within a 3-5 hour driving distance of you. People will travel to get a mint, low mile/hour machine.
