This has probably been beat to death but what should one do about the plastic. I have a 2007 500 and the plastic where it fastens to the frame is broke at most places and the right side panel pin that holds it in place where the exhaust is located is melted off and every piece on this thing rattles or is loose.

I can't be the only one so what have some of you guys done to fix things. I can repair most of it I think. Don't want to replace it as it will just go to hell again.

Any suggestions. Any response is appreciated.
