Hi all.new to this forum cause i just got a sweet deal on a 1989 big bear 4x4.My problem is this.I need to remove the middle gearbox (transfer case ) as mine is apparently cracked next to the fill plug ( i think someone overtightened it).I can tig weld it once i remove it.Opinions on this would be welcome .Has anyone tried this.I am afraid it might warp the case.also i need the pages from the service manual that show the disassembly procedures or the whole manual.Maybe someone cam PM it to me?I am open to any suggestions anyone could give.Thanks in advance.
