Ok so here is my atvs problem. I will drive the atv and every so often when i slow down to stop it will putter and most of the time shut off if i dont push the throttle. I have cleaned the air filter but it didnt help so i am hoping someone on this site can help me.

 

Sticky carb float. Run some Seafoam through it. Available at auto parts stores. Also check carb vent hoses.

 

Well i bought some of the seafoam and it worked. But now something else went wrong. When i use the electric start it makes a lound sound like just spinning but i will tap it and it will start kinda.

 

Sticky starter bendix. Remove battery cables from both battery and starter and clean them, removing all corrosion and rust. Spray cable with battery post insulation available at auto parts store.

If this doesn't work, replace starter.
