I just picked up this four wheeler for my kids. I bought it not running. I rebuild chainsaws for a hobby so I'm used to working on engines. Anyhow, here are my issues. I have spark (lots of spark), compression is 140#, and fuel. I have so much fuel it's leaking from the exhaust. It motor will cough and try to run but never catches. I removed the exhaust and could get it to run for a second or two and it shuts off. I took the carb off and it looks really clean. So now I'm confused. The reeds look good. I did take them off and they do whistle. I found a small hose that goes to the carb but didn't go anywhere. Could this be my problem? Also can I bypass the electric choke on it?

 

Also is there an online service manual and parts manual for these machines?
