Default changing fuel filter on 2005 700 EFI

Is this a DIY? If so, where is it located and is there anything tricky about changing it?
Thanks

i think it might be located in the fuel tank it self, but not 100% sure.

Thanks. Got it done. What is the easiest way to get the motor to crank without firing? I need to prime the fuel system.

Just turn the key on and off several times(few seconds in between) and it will prime up! You can hear it when it finally stops!OPT
