Default 2002 arctic cat 250 missing flooding

2002 arctic cat 4x4 250 missing flooding. cleaned fuel tank . cleaned carb checked vales changed plug adjusted pms screw . it misses and floods at about 1/3 throttle sounds almost like a rev limiter . idles fine then if you let it idle or ride it for about 10 minutes the problem goes away and it runs great. after it cools down problem is back. have took carb apart 3 times no trash that i can find soaked it and blew out every hole , i am thinking something ignition related .

only does it when its cold?sounds like vacume or air leak, spray carb cleaner on carb-intake boots while its runnin, if engine speeds up or slows down, boot is cracked, sucking air

Welcome to the forum jsteve068 .

17.5 volts are to high i think you're onto something with the voltage reg. , battery voltage with a fully charged battery should be 12.8 + or - without engine running ; with engine running you should see about 14.5 + or - ; hope this helps !
