Default How do I rebuild the carburator on a 2000 Polaris Trailblazer 250

Hello. This is my first time on this site. I'm looking for how to instructions to rebuild the carburator on my 2000 Polaris Trailblazer 250.. I'm new to working on atvs and motorcylcles but am a certified auto tech. Can anyone help me please? Thank you

Welcome to the forum! There's not to much to it,you can just drop the bowl and clean the jets and replace the float valve(needle and seat) and float pin if worn and usually this will suffice. If you want to completely "rebuild it" replace the needle jet and jet needle along with float bowl gasket.(carb slide usually ok unless scarred up from dirt and sticking) Should be some aftermarket kits available by now on this carb through K and L and other suppliers instead of piece by piece through Polaris.
