Default Artic cat 500 4x4 carb leak?

Hi all
I have a 2000 artic cat with a carb leak. I have replaced the needle, seat and float. Cleaned the rest of the carb and adjusted the float height. As soon as I turn on the fuel the bowl fills up and begins to leak out of the small hole on the inside of the carb throat.

The atv will run at idle but if I try to rev it up it will die.

I have rebuilt many carbs in the past but this one has me stumped, what else should I look for or is it just time for a new carb?

Thanks

...only thing I could think of is the float setting is wrong,or needle and seat is faulty.blow in to gas line inlet while putting a little pressure on the needle....shoudent have any air passing through.
