What year or model did AC stop putting the engine in the rear and start mid frame mounting of engine?

 

2004 or 2005 was the last year Arctic Cat used Suzuki's 4wd model's , when i bought my first new atv i wanted a 300 to 350 4x4 but i had to get the AC 400 FIS Auto 4x4 with the Suzuki 376cc engine with Suzuki's Duramatic Belt driven clutch , AC still used the Suzuki Engine with the foot shift semi - auto clutch but they had already sold the last foot shift's when i bought mine in feb. 2006 !

I'm not sure if the 250 and 300's in 2006 were Suzuki or Kymco , but no 4x4 under the 400 after 2005 !
