2007 polaris hawkeye backfires eventually boggs down and shuts off i can pull the choke and it will start back up after a few secs. sometimes i can ride it for 15 mins and it does same thing..when it first started doin it i could let it sit for an hr or so and start it up and ride for about 30 mins or lil more then it started doin it again someone told me the coil was prolly getting hot and goin bad so i changed it and the same thing is happening... i had my friend clean the carb and i rode it about an hr and the same thing happened its an 07 i bought it nw and it only has 37 hrs on it i dont know a whole lot about them but ive changed the plug and air filter idk it seems like to low of hrs to be the carb gone bad or something pls helped lol

 

Ok here it is its running to lean and the engine is getting so hot that it is boiling the gas in the carb and vapor locking. I have one and polaris never could figure out what was wrong. 6 months later I figured it out. Put a dynojet kit in the carb and have never had another munites trouble with it. Hope this helps.

 

it did it about 5 mins after starting it up from not eing ran in months also... still dyno?
