Default ds650 rear end

I replaced the rear axle bearings this weekend. Still have a little play. I noticed in the parts breakdown That there is supposed to be wear rings in between the bearings and brake and sprocket hubs. Im assuming this is why I still have some play left and probably not to good to run with out them. I think the previous owner had this apart. Where is the best place to get these wear rings?

since the bearings are tapered, they probably loosened up after you drove it around a little.

I got tired of changing bearings all the time, so I came up with a kit that gets rid of the tapered bearings & uses sealed roller bearings, instead.

You don't need the wear rings, I have put together a few different DS's without them and it won't make a differance in play. Did you go threw the proper procedure for loading the bearings ? You have to tighten them and loose them a couple 3 times before you set the final torque with the special wrench and a torque wrench.
