Default 2001 Scrambler 500 4x4

Is there any way visually to tell the difference in a 180 lb/in rear spring and a 280 lb/in rear spring? I purchased my ride from a small guy, and I am not a small guy. I'd like to bring the rear back up some without having the pre load cranked all the way up. Replacing the spring with a heavier version is about as far as I'm willing to go. I don't race or do any crazy stuff, so it's not worth tons of money to me. Perhaps if someone knows which spring is factory issue, as I'm about 98% certain it's never been changed before.

Just look at the coils! The heavier springs will have thicker, stiffer coils. OPT
