I was able to get this thing running and then we moved. just got time to tinker with it and now when I try to start it i here alittle bit of air in the cylinder and nothing but a click back near the battery. Any ideas? Im at about to my wits end...

charge your battery up. check the voltage. sounds like the battery has low volts and not engaging the solenoid. it's the solenoid you hear clicking. start with a charged battery then we'll move on to the next possible problem

charged the battery overnight and tried that and i am having the same issue. is there a way to check the relays at all. The clicking is coming from the starter relay.

take a multimeter and measure the voltage across the battery itself. let's see what it is. then, let's take that multimeter and measure the voltage at the solenoid and down at the starter to see what that voltage is. then let's measure the battery again while you're trying to "crank/start" the engine. let's see if the voltage is pulling down.
