Default Replacement Clutch for DS650

Hey there... I have a 2001 DS650, and lately I have notice the revs spiking when I accelerate hard, and I am certain my clutch is crapping out on me.... it also engages very late. What I was wondering is:

a) where is the cheapest place to order a clutch kit online? (ships to canada preferably) I havnt seen one cheaper than about 200.

b) do I need to get the whole kit?

I was wondering if I can get away with just changing the friction plates, as it is much cheaper to buy the friction plate kit for the BMW F650 than to get the CANAM kits with springs and all. I just ride recreationally and road running, so I am not pushing it all that hard... should I spend the extra money for the full kit? Or can ai get away with just the plates. Thanks very much.

i just did a clutch install, i ended up going with the oem friction plates from the dealer, and ron woods 60% springs... it was a great choice that i don't regret... it also saved me couple bucks too... i think i spent $140 total...
