Ok, so this quad I'm rebuilding...well making run anyways, I'm running into issues every 10 minutes, simple things I didn't think could be a problem...here's the deal:

3 out of 4 head bolts fit as any head bolt should...all but one, that last bolt will under no circumstances even fall into place past the head...let alone through the cylinder and into the block. Looking into the area the cam gear is located, there is a "port" showing where that head bolt goes down through, but none of the bolts are going through even an inch. Turning the bolt only starts to damage the threads (not beyond repair though) so I have no clue what's going on. It's like that issue when the head and block aren't exactly aligned...but its all one piece, the head. I don't see how there was no issue removing the original bolts and this one hole/bolt magically changed haha. Has anyone come across this? I know it sounds ridiculous, but I've been trying to get this quad running for a month and keep being put off because of part ordering problems.
