Default Raptor 700 se running rough

i have a 08 raptor 700se bone stock, was doing some regular maintenance on it and decided to buy a new air filter instead of cleaning and re-oiling the one in it, i bought a yamaha oem air filter, and oem filter oil. after installing it, it wouldnt start, then finally with giving it a little gas it started but now it cuts out when you first hit the throttle. any suggestions? i know when doing any mods to these quads you need to adjust fuel curve with a power commander but i would think a factory filter would make it need a electronic fuel adjustment

Using the stock filter you won't need any kind of programmer. Raptors are bad for fouling plugs, try putting a new plug in it and try it.

i changed the plug when i did the air filter, that was the first thing i thought it was gapped wrong or not firing good so i re gapped, and bought another new one and tried it. the only other thing i thought of was the valves were out, and sure enough after a valve adjustment shes pulling harder then ever before. thanks for the responses guys
