I was a bit nervous to mess up the whole quad, as I'm not a gear-head by any stretch, but the arms on the OEM subframe had already cracked.

So I carefully removed it - had to use an impact wrench on many of the bolts. It finally came off - not a huge deal, but one key thing to getting it on was to not tighten ANY bolts on it anywhere until you get ALL of them started, otherwise they won't line up sufficiently.

So after about 4 hours, it was back up and running. On my first real off-road ride yesterday, I was just anticipating it would fall apart at any moment, but she was as strong as could be.

All-in-all, not a big deal to replace it.
