1982 atc110 no spark

ok I'm getting up to 20 volts to plug but no spark has new coil what voltage should it be and what could cause this have tried 4 different plugs

Does your motor have the CDI ignition or does it have points? You might try checking the points (clean and gap) if it doesn't have the CDI. That's all I can think of at this point...

no this bike doesn't have a cdi only 84 and up have them
