Need to replace the ball joint on the left side of my timberwolf, As i bent it when I ditched it a few weeks back. I can not find one that is new, Is it ok to use a used a-arm with the balljoint? As they are welded in.

There are a few on ebay but I am unsure if I should trust them, There is no way to replace the a arm with one off a diff model or make that has a replaceable/greaseable ball joint is there?
