I was wondering if anyone knew of sites that have info on makeing extended a arms, skids, and other things for 400EX.

I dont know of any sites for that stuff but most of the stuff like skid plates is pretty easy to make yourself if you have the time and ability to do so.
As for making stuff like a-arms....You have to be a very good welder/fabricator for stuff like that because a-arms take alot of abuse and will break very easily if not made right.
I've been thinking of making skid plates for my 300 but i think i'm just going to buy them for two reasons. First of all i can't find anywhere that sells big sheets of aluminum (steel is too heavy unless you use sheet metal which wouldn't be strong enough) and the second reason for not making them is that i have a feeling that if i do find such a big piece of thick aluminum that it will cost close to what actual skids cost.
