I also have a 2005 Brute Force which I converted to EFI.
Let me know when you are done with your mod.
I will be interested in the outcome.

So i finally got around to buying the exhaust and cdi. I started putting the exhaust in this week but had a small set back. The first exhaust gaskets didn't hold up. I put the system on but didn't tighten the flanges all the way down so the gaskets blew out.

It turns out that 70's era beetle gaskets work so i threw those on. The new duals sound amazing! I am very glad that i went with this system and not a different one. Well worth the money.

I bought the dynatek cdi not the copperhead. I was reading a lot of bad things about the copperheads going out. The dynatek works great! I had to shim the needles though.
