i have a 00 450es and it seems like it has alot of bottom end grunt right up to 82 km/h then thr rev limiter kicks in and i was wondering if anyone knew the true horsepower of my machine?

The title for my 99es says 23.9hp. The bottom end grunt is what 450s are known for,top speed is in the 47-50mph range.

According to Dynojet.com, the 450 has 11.9 hp at the rear wheels.
