Hi can anyone tell me if the sprocket carrier comes apart from the axle on a 87 trx125 I have a sneaky feeling it's splines so should come off but I've tried everything and it won't budge at all!

Any help is appreciated

 

If you look real close in the inside of sprocket hub[carrier] you should see an round ring just inside the center of hub between hub an axle..And the best I can remember tapp the hub in the opposite direction to expose the clip ring then remove the clip an hub should come off..But IMO dont think you can buy this seperate tho...
