stop leak?

We're getting started on a long weekend of riding and camping and one of the 700's in my group has a slight leak from somewhere at the bottom of his radiator. Is it safe to use automotive stop leak in it? Or pepper or an egg?

Had a friend pour a little corn meal in his radiator on an old 54' Studebaker Champion when were about 17. Ended up burning the engine up
I personally don't trust any of these products along with corn meal, pepper, eggs, etc because it it's good enough to stop leaks,it's probably good enough to plug up other areas also. Just my
on this. Others may have had good results with some products and can advise you,but proceed at your own risk.. You might just check the drain petcock and see if that's where it's leaking from.. I'd just carry some extra coolant/water until you have time to remove the radiator and check it out properly.
