Who to use for plastic scratch remover/filler

Hey, what do you guys use for plastic scratch remover/filler? My ATV just has some surface scratches, but it is looking a little dull. And can you still order the original decals from a Yamaha shop for a 95 Banshee? Has anyone ordered the decals before for a quad more than 3 years old?
