I have a 01 400 with the 440 kit that had 11:1 piston a stage 1 or 2 hot cam

The piston was installed wrong by the previous owner
I just installed a new wiseco 12.5:1 piston new rings fresh hone on the cylinder new valves timing chain and tensioner
Timing was set T mark lined up on compression stroke hash marks on gear horizontal to head and vertical line straight up

Went to fire it up for the first time and it won't start any ideas?

 

it runs now after i let it sit a day and a half on a trickle charger

it maybe .... that one held enough juice to spin her over after setting a year
