I'm having a power issue with my Grizzly. The power won't come up very high. Wen I rev the engine in neutral the red reverse light blinks. It sounds like its hitting the rev limiter. It does the same in drive. I've tried all the obvious things like new plugs etc. It did get wet. We pulled all the plugs under the front end of the quad and blew them all dry. It starts easy and idles well. Any ideas on why its hitting the rev limiter in neutral and while in drive.
