DS650 starting problems

i have a 01 DS650 that fires right up,but dies as soon as i let my thumb off the starter button,it will only run if i hold the starter button in. any suggestions?, any help would be appreciated

Does it run fine if you keep the throttle in some? May just need to adjust you cable for idle. Keeps the throttle open some.

Our 04 Bombardier Quest Max 650 was hard to start after sitting a week or two until I bought an electric fuel pump (cheap at auto parts store). No problem now.
