Default cpi in-frame or toomey t-5's

I have a banshee with k and n clamp on air filters and i have stock pipes thinking about getting Toomey t-5's or Cpi in-frame pipes.
I want more bottom and mid end than top end. Which do you guys think is better for my situation? And i do plan on shaving my head some time!
