Help identifying old Yamaha ATV

im about to buy this from a friend for 200, he got it from his brother and doesn't know much about, can anyone help with model and engine cc?

There first ATV was a ymf200 Moto-4 a 3wheeler with the front end converted over to 2 wheels from one.
