E-ton 50 viper losing spark
#1
My Grandsons E-ton Viper is said to have the same motor as the Polaris. I have changed parts on it and still get about 4 good sparks when I crank it over then nothing. The parts changed are the coil, the ignition module and the stator. I get a good 3/16 long spark about 4 times in a row then it goes away???
let off the starter and it will do the same thing over and over, Ihave not ever seen anything like this. I am in need of some info thanks for any help.

Problem I've found is that not all stators, cdis, etc used on one machine can be swapped over to another. I learned that on "generic" stators for Polaris. What you can try is to pull the black wire(kill wire) from the cdi and see if you have constant spark, plus check at the back of the ignition switch for broken soldered wires. This was another problem area.
