I own an 2004 Xtreme 150- Pro Reverse, automatic, 4-stroke, air cooled, 155cc displacement, SOHC single cyclinder atv, that has no spark. It ran maybe for a year. I couldn't find a cdi anywhere except for one place, it looked identical, made for a and they don't have specs on it. This link shows they look identical. & it states that it is for a motorcycle Yamaha 125cc (4cw). Wonder if using a cdi for a 125cc can be used for a 155cc or will it not work at all. Any advice please.

Do you think that this is the right one? Does anyone have the specs for this? Also is there anyway to check this DC CDI? Another question.... Where is the safety switch on these atvs? I was thinking that it could prevent spark too....
