Hi I know theres a million threads on rubicon 500 problems and I have tried alot to get my bike back to a trust worthy state.

I keep getting code 5.
My bike display flashes consistently, I can start the bike in D1 in gear and it will drive up to around 40km before running out of gear? As soon, as I go for neutral the whole display flashes again. Also when put into reverse I have no power and it kinda back fires.

I have replaced the ecm the angle sensor the voltage controller and brand new battery. I also removed all connections and put electric grease in. Still nothing.

The VERY VERY odd day the bike will run absolutely perfect after a new initialization. Then goes back to its old ways randomly.

I have preloaded the angle sensor right and also I initialize it by the manual right.
I can hear the control motor doing its job during the process and also took it apart and cleaned it abit. Was in great shape already though.
I could also spin the gear behind the motor with my finger very easily.

Im now stuck and confused, also just recently my bike wont even initialize right it will just go threw the process and then everything flashes again. =/
