Default 09 500 ho overheats

09 500 ho overheating when plowing driveway. New radiator, new circuit breaker. When I first bought the quad x wife drove it and put a rod through the radiator and bottom hose and fan. I fixed it all up I noticed when the ATV gets up to temp enough for fan to come on it doesn't seem to cycle back of even though its 30 degrees outside. Shut it off let it cool then when I start it no fan till it warms up then doesn't cycle off is these normal for fan to run once warmed up with out cycling back off? I looked at water pump impeller looks mint and tight Thermostat opens in boiling water. Has sensor in radiator and in head could one of them be bad what should I do to test them thanks in advance.

Just an update I washed all mud off radiator checked antifreeze ran ATV till fan came on fan just keeps running with out cycling off at idle. Let it cool start it up no fan till warm then it stays on again with out cycling off its 45 degess out. The dash says its idling at 1360 rpms

Radiator sensor completes the ground path to trigger the fan off and on. This should be the model I think where the sensor is mounted on the left side/middle of the radiator. Had a few problems with these sticking, allowing the fan to run constantly if this is the one you have. Thermal sensor on the cylinder triggers the hot light on the carb model.
