I have a 2002 325 TrailBoss, it is only about two Monthes old. I had the bike about a Month and the Overheat light started to come on all the time, even when sitting in my garage for a day, as soon as I start it the light came on. I took to shop and they replaced the (thermostat sending unit??) and it fixed it for about two Weeks. It just started happening again. First the fan comes on then the overheat light. I really dont think it is overheating because it will come on sometimes when I first start it. I am taking back to shop this Week but was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Thanks in advance for replies.
