Default Loncin? Baja 250 brake parts

I am looking for a rear brake drum/hub for a Baja 250. My local parts dealer has had one on order since September. To be honest, he may have it and not contacted me to pick it up, but I gave up asking before Christmas. I found one on eBay that should fit, but he wants almost as much as a new Yamaha part, which I am told SHOULD fit.

If I can't source one, I am either going to see my cousin the machinist and get him to bubba something, (the back brake never worked properly anyway), or scrap it and part it out.

At the prices I've seen on eBay, I could probably get at least what I paid for it by parting it out or maybe even make a profit. I would much rather get it working again...
