Yes, I knew this was going to be an undertaking and a long shot. The old wiring on this 110CC atv was shot and the thing ran so well I was willing to put some money in it. I bought a new wiring harness (made sure it matched my 5 pin CDI) and a new switch and figured everything would line up nicely.

Everything did line up, but I have no switch and no spark. I can manually cross the leads and the starter motor kicks, but nothing else. Here are the pictures I have taken, I reviewed the wiring diagram extensively; I think some colors/placements are different which is why I am having a problem. Also, the brake kill switch wiring is gone, so that is not wired, but I think that just stops it from turning over.

Any help would be appreciated!
