I got my block off kit from hpd today and I dont have any instructions on how to install it.It looks easy but one of my questions is which way does that small part go in ?The big end first or little end first.Also does the transmission need to be removed?I cant get to the screw that was under the carb,I did remve the carb and I can see it but I cant get to it.By the way it is a 250 tb.Thanks for the help
