Exclamation Tire Options for Polaris 500

Hi,
I got a 1999 polaris Sportsman 500.
Had the stocks since new, so in need of new ones.
I got a Sport and utility Clutch kit on it. Just wondering what is the best kind of tires for all purpose tires, trail, mudding and work etc...
Right now I'm looking at MUD LITE XTR's, just want to know other peoples opinion.
Thanks

I have mud lites on my 02 500 and they are a good all around tire. I also have Zilla's on my 09 850 and like them as well. cant go wrong with either of these I would think.

I have 26" mudlites in my 2001 500 and they fit and ride nice. Plus do well in the slop. Theya re one of the lighter tires around in the size range also and that helps as you are going to lose a tiny bit of torque if you upsize....but any lose, for me, was not noticable.

Mudlite XTRs are a great all around tire. Great tire for the trail and very capable when you hit some mud. Relatively smooth for a big Luged tire as well. I have 1500 miles on mine and they have yet to have a single puncture and they still have about a inch or tread left. They are a bit pricey but all radials for the most part are

I have the mud lite xtr's on my 02 Sportsman 500, no complaints, good in the mud, great in the dirt, and snow, not one flat, or puncture. Have put over 2,000 miles on them. Just now starting to show a little wear. Plenty of read left, (just a little over an inch), nice aggressive read pattern, Nice lugs. Also they throw a boatload of mud behind you, when you are heavy on the throttle, if your buddy is following too close, lol. Overall a really good tire for the money. Pick up a set, you won't be disappointed at all !!
